Keep a weekly record you can understand a month later.
The tracker has one job: preserve what happened well enough that you do not have to rebuild the month from memory. It should not make treatment decisions for you.
Record the dose you actually took
Save the date, time, prescribed amount, and injection site after taking the dose. If the plan changes, preserve the old entries instead of rewriting history. A clear record is more useful than a perfect-looking one.
Add symptoms when they happen
Record the symptom, approximate start time, severity, and whether it changed ordinary activities. Avoid waiting until the end of the week and relying on memory. Tracking can show a sequence; it cannot prove that the medication caused a symptom.
Use weight as a trend
If weight is part of your care plan, use consistent conditions when practical and review the trend rather than treating one reading as a verdict. Mounjari also supports maintenance ranges for people whose goal is stability rather than continued loss.
Keep click arithmetic separate from your dose record
If your clinician has already given you a partial-dial plan for a multi-dose KwikPen, record both the prescribed amount and the whole number of clicks you actually turned. That preserves what happened without turning the record into a new dosing plan.
The calculators below only perform the 60-click arithmetic and stop at the pen’s four labelled dials, or 240 clicks. They do not choose a dose, count overfill as a fifth dose, or replace the instructions supplied with your pen.
Prepare questions, not conclusions
- What changed since the previous appointment?
- Which symptoms are persistent or disruptive?
- Were any doses late, missed, or recorded differently?
- What information does your clinician want you to keep next?
