About Mounjari

Mounjari began with a problem I had myself.

I built Mounjari after watching the details of my own GLP‑1 routine scatter across reminders, notes, health apps, and memory. The routine was simple; remembering it accurately was not.

Why I built it

I wanted one place for the details I kept needing later: the dose I recorded, the injection site, the symptoms, the weight trend, the reminder, and the question I meant to ask. I did not see why the company making that tool also needed to own my health history.

The product was built around that practical job: keep the record clear, make it portable, and leave treatment decisions to the clinician.

Why your health history stays with you

Health records stay on the device. On iOS, a user may choose private iCloud sync through their own Apple account. On Android, Mounjari does not create a Mounjari cloud health account. The business cannot open a server dashboard and read a user's dose, weight, or symptom history.

What Mounjari will not do

Mounjari is a tracking and organization tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, choose a dose, or replace a clinician. Estimated medication-level views are educational approximations, not measurements.
