GLP‑1 tracker app

A tracker should remember the details so you do not have to.

You do not need another app asking for every number it can find. You need the few details that will matter later, kept together in a record you can understand and take with you.

Start with the details you will need later

Keeping those details on one timeline makes it easier to review what happened without reconstructing several weeks from memory.

  • The medication and prescribed dose you recorded
  • Date and time
  • Injection site when relevant
  • Symptoms with timing and severity
  • Weight or other optional progress measures
  • Notes and questions for a future appointment

Check what happens to your health data

Ask whether an account is required, where health records are stored, whether data is used for advertising or analytics, how deletion works, and whether you can export your own history.

Make sure you can take your record with you

Your history should not become useless the moment you leave an app. Mounjari exports PDF for reading and sharing, plus CSV and JSON for a portable copy you can keep yourself.

Who Mounjari is for

Mounjari is for people who want native iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Android apps, weekly injections or daily tablets, health records stored on the device, and PDF, CSV, or JSON exports. It currently follows one active medication at a time, so another app may be better if you need several simultaneous schedules.

Keep the record in one place
