Delete your Mounjari data
Mounjari does not create a company health account for you. You can delete the health record on your device yourself and request deletion of the limited data processed for subscriptions or support.
Health history on your device
Delete doses, symptoms, weights, and notes inside the app. You can also clear all app data in Android settings or uninstall the app. On iOS, if you enabled iCloud sync, you can delete the iCloud copy from Mounjari settings or your device’s iCloud storage settings.
Request deletion of data we control
Email the Data Protection Officer at dpo@accelerate.sa. Say that you use Mounjari and name what you want deleted: RevenueCat subscription data, a support request, feedback you sent, or download-link measurement data. Including the RevenueCat support ID shown in the app’s settings helps us locate a subscription record, but it is not required for every request.
We respond within 30 days and delete data controlled by us or RevenueCat unless retention is legally required. Mounjari has no server database of your health history for us to delete.
If your request concerns download-link measurement
Open the download link’s privacy page in the same browser you used before. If a random identifier is stored there, copy it and include it with your request so we can locate the associated measurement records; your email address alone cannot identify them.
What may be retained?
Apple and Google control transaction records independently and may retain them for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. We may retain the minimum legally required record of a deletion request or correspondence to document our response. The privacy policy lists the applicable retention periods.
